yay i get to bring this thread back from the dead....
any who, as everyone knew i was going to boost the b16 sometime this year (2008). i had been gathering parts the past year (with the crews help or coarse) and finally gathered about 97% of the things i needed. all thats left are the lil things i guess.
but after all that time gathering the turbo goods, i came across a deal on a new motor setup. as most of you guys already know its a ls/vtec setup that i want to slap in the rex and give a shot down the stip n/a. also gunna try my luck out with slicks (for the very first time) so for the event of july 5ths grudge night and summer nationals cmi event, im going to experimenting with the ls/v and see where that takes me. wish me luck.
p.s. yeah i know i could of made my own thread for this but i just wanted to resurrect a thread/topic that was already made.
fasho karl, i got hella questions regaurding tips and EVERYTHING!! haha i feel so neww to this. but imma start pulling the old motor out somtime this week, and ill give a call you peeps for assiatance. just waiting to get paid to buy new gaskets and fluids.
