so guys tonite i got pretty much everything else disconnected (transfer case, axels) the only thing that is needed to be taken out is the motor mounts and that old heart with be out!!!!
this side of the engine bay was covered with oil and grease!!! it was ****in nasty!!! all cleaned up though thanks to my coworker and his power washer!!!
ALL CLEAN NOW!!! also decided not to paint the engine bay bed liner black anymore... it was too clean to do so and no need for it... im just gonna by a spray can with my paint code on it and touch up some of the area's not needs it... its not alot btw...
NOW in the engine side... My homie RYUTO(Our Japanese DSM friend that looks more messican than japanese according to TED) helping me with transfering some stuff over and putting my build motor together
most of the stuff i need from this motor will be removed... untill its just a long block....
i was thinkin more of the kelfords. but i will have to also change my valve springs. future plans hahaha gonna see what i can do first with this setup.
no update on pix yet... doing some parts cleaning lol alot of the parts that i need to reuse from the old block needed to be clean... so im bringing those to work and throwing them in out parts cleaner hot tank(sprayer) haha finally working at toyota is a benefit
now for my ****ty ass welding job... the upper intercooler pipe was a bit short so i had to extend it... sorry ted... my first time welding... good penetration though... i think LOL
